Terms and Obligations
- $200 deposit for designated lot.
- Electric sub-metered and billed monthly.
- Monthly storage fee $60.00.
- 2-5 month reservation – Balance of rent is due and payable upon arrival. No credit or refund after arrival.
- Due to septic system/rural environment PLEASE — no in-trailer laundry!
- A late fee of $35 will be charged on late payments. Cancellation And Refund Policy: No refund after arrival. All rates include sewer / water and are based on one or two (1 or 2) people in an RV. Extra Person Rate is $4.00 per person, per day. Yearly pay water / garbage May thru October.
